With nearly ten years of experience, Ian specializes in strategic success planning and implementation, concentrating on business operations, compliance, and community lifestyles.
His background includes managing large-scale master-planned communities, developing communities, and high-rise condominiums in urban centers across Texas and Florida. He has overseen redevelopment and capital improvement projects exceeding $30 million following Hurricane Michael in the Florida Panhandle. His professional credentials include Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®).
Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He actively contributes to the industry as a subject matter expert and serves on the Education Committee for the Austin Chapter of the Community Association Institute and the Master Planned Community Council of the Urban Land Institute. His interest in economics informs his involvement with the Texas Legislative Action Committee, where he advocates for community associations.
