In her role, Kristen oversees our developer services department, ensuring seamless collaboration between developers and our organization. She manages a dedicated team that provides developers support, guidance, and resources, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our services is enhanced.

Throughout her career, Kristen has achieved several milestones, including co-leading successful product launches, and mentoring junior team members to foster their professional growth. She’s known for her role in coordinating comprehensive product overhauls, introducing new features, and enhancing user experiences organization wide.

Kristen is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), where she previously served on the Take a Manager to Lunch committee. She’s also deeply committed to philanthropy, volunteering her time to The Avyn Craig Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to community outreach and scholarship programs.

Describing herself as kind-hearted, passionate, and dedicated, Kristen has a unique love for music, often belting out tunes wherever she goes. Her adventurous spirit shines through in her love for exploring new places, having traveled across the United States in a converted charter bus turned mobile home during her childhood. Kristen is also a proud wife and mother who has been skydiving and zip-lining across the Grand Canyon; she’s always ready to enthusiastically embrace life’s adventures.

Her husband, kids, and fur babies are her world, alongside her passion for leading worship and devotion to Jesus. She finds herself hooked on exploration, with just four states away from achieving her goal of visiting all 50. Life, for her, is a wild ride, and she embraces unexpected twists and turns with readiness.
