Matt Gibson began his career in association management in 2002, working as a part-time administrative assistant for Goodwin Management, Inc. in Austin, Texas. His role with Goodwin became full-time in 2005, as a bookkeeper. Over the next 12 years, his duties expanded to include transition oversight, on-site management, client management, business development, and eventually, operations management.

In 2018, Matt partnered with Joey Carona and Chris Harrison to acquire Goodwin Management and Goodwin Harrison Management, with the goal of continuing the tradition of exceptional association management service in existing and new markets.

Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005 and has held his Texas real estate license since 2004. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, running outdoors, and coaching youth sports.
