Tami is an accomplished HR professional with experience in multiple industries, including retail, government, insurance, the nonprofit sector, and most recently, association management. She served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Easterseals for more than 16 years, leading them to being named one of the Austin American Statesman’s Top Workplaces for mid-sized employers in 2015.

In January 2019, Tami joined the Goodwin Management Team to provide strategic and transformational HR and business strategies, allowing the staff to achieve their highest potential and to assist with company growth.

Tami previously served on the Austin SHRM (formerly Austin Human Resource Management Association) Board as the Vice President of Conference for 4 years and was the Membership Chair for the League for Non-Profit Human Capital. She is a current member of SHRM, Austin SHRM, and the Strategic Human Resources Forum. Tami is passionate about helping others with personal and professional growth and development, as well as giving back to the community.
